Three detention vaults totaling 325,000 cu. ft. were required to manage the storm runoff for a 92 lot development on Cougar Mountain in Issaquah. The 23,000 sq ft. footprint of the largest vault will be used for a play field and have a 4,000 sq ft. lodge style community building.
