This 2-story, 45,000 square foot office addition was constructed against an existing 375,000 square-foot warehouse and served as company headquarters for Alliance Packaging Corporation.  The addition was constructed of steel columns, steel braced frames, TJL floor and roof framing.  Site soil preload allowed the use of conventional spread footings.
