Five-story, 325,000 square-foot building over 4-story, 450,000 square-foot garage.  Floors were constructed of two-way, post-tensioned flat plates with studrail shear reinforcing.  Basement excavation utilized temporary soil nailing with reinforced, shotcrete basement walls. CPL project.
