Building A is 5-story, 235,000 square-foot office building with 3 levels of below-grade parking for 304 cars.  Building B is a 6-story, 146,000 square-foot office building with 3 levels of below-grade parking for 129 cars.  Floors were constructed of two-way, post-tensioned flat plates with studrail shear reinforcing.  Excavation bracing utilized temporary soil nails and shotcrete retaining walls.  Interally-braced steel soldier piles were used where nail easements could not be obtained and where required nail lengths could not be obtained due to nearby underground structures.
