South Park Library

5,000 square-foot library which opened in the South Park community of Seattle in September of 2006.  Conventional wood-frame construction supports tapered, metal plate-connected roof trusses.  The library will house 18,700 books and materials, with a third of the collection composed of Spanish language materials.  The overall project  cost was $2.95 million dollars. CPL project.
