Three
six-story steel-framed office buildings over a
four-story underground parking garage. Total
office space is 481,383 square-feet and total parking
is 506,736 square feet. Lateral forces above
grade are resisted by steel braced frames. Exterior
skin is architectural precast concrete at the upper
4 floors and laid-in-place structural brick masonry
at the lowest two floors. Garage floor slabs
were two-way, post-tensioned flat slabs, utilizing
wide-shallow beams in one direction to accommodate
the general contractor’s desired forming
