ZymoGenetics Earl Davie Building

A 122,000 square-foot research and development facility located in the East Lake Union area of Seattle.  Structural framing for both phases utilized two-way, post-tensioned flat slabs with drop caps at columns.  Exterior closure was anchored brick veneer on steel studs.  Lateral forces are resisited by CMU and concrete shearwalls. CPL project.
