$5 million infill project in “Old Bellevue” consisting of 30 wood-framed apartments on three levels over a two-level post-tensioned concrete structure enclosing retail, offices, and 33 parking spaces.  Exterior concrete walls were site cast, tilt-up utilizing special release details to allow shortening of the slabs while minimizing shortening cracking.  CPL project.
