Our designs are always informed by the variables of cost-effective construction, such as local practice, standardization, repetition, sequencing, schedule and tolerance.  Because of this, we value our working relationships with general and specialty contractors and try to stay up to date on current construction techniques.  Every project is a "lesson learned" and an opportunity to further improve design for constructibility.

And "construction-friendly" design is by nature, efficient and cost-effective.  Instead of using over-design to compensate for a lack of ability, we use our engineering expertise to specify materials efficiently.  We'll spend your structural frame dollars as if it were our own.
