John Smith: Principal / Structural Engineer

Beginning his career at Nowak Meulmester in San Diego in 1985, John was quickly trusted with responsibility and managed his own retail and commercial projects immediately after graduation. 

In 1990 John moved to the Seattle Area and worked as a project manager and design engineer for Cary Copczynski & Company, KPFF and Coughlin Porter Lundeen.

John serves as an active member on both the Existing Buildings Committee and the Sustainability Committee for the Structural Engineers Association of Washington.
